Avalanche Balanced Photodetector
The avalanche balanced photodetector improves signal-to-noise ratio in low-power coherent and differential detection. • InGaAs balanced photodetector: 800-1700nm. • Si balanced photodetector: 400~1100nm. The module integrates low-noise APDs, a low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier, a noise-isolated power supply, high-voltage supply and APD temperature compensation. Isolated power prevents external-supply effects on output, and temperature compensation improves stability. High gain, sensitivity and bandwidth are combined with low noise. InGaAs and Si avalanche balanced versions are available. Features: low noise, high gain, built-in high-voltage supply, APD temperature compensation, compact construction and built-in low-noise isolated power.
