Ultra-Low-Noise Balanced Photodetector UBD-500M-A
The ultralow-noise balanced photodetector has approximately one-third the noise floor of a conventional balanced detector and suits applications with stricter noise requirements. • InGaAs balanced photodetector: 800-1700nm. • Si balanced photodetector: 400~1100nm. Product introduction: The UBD ultralow-noise balanced detector module is an upgrade of the MBD series. With other parameters unchanged, it provides markedly lower background noise. At the same bandwidth and gain, noise is approximately one-third that of MBD, yielding higher sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. InGaAs detector responsivity curve.
