Weak-Light Coherent Receiver Module CRM-200M-A
The weak-light coherent receiver module targets weak optical coherent detection. It integrates a high-speed, low-noise analog balanced photodetector and a preamplifying small-signal fiber amplifier. Coupler splitting ratio and length are tightly controlled to improve common-mode rejection. The preamplifier uses a special architecture for weak backscattered light, with low ASE and NF to improve optical signal-to-noise ratio. Applications include fiber sensing and wind-measurement lidar.
