Single-Element Photodetector PD-200M-B
The lnGaAs high-speed, low-noise single-element photodetection module integrates a low-noise analog PIN detector, a low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier and an ultralow-noise isolated power supply. A single supply powers the module, and the output signal is unaffected by the external power supply. It offers high gain, sensitivity and bandwidth with low noise. Available devices include InGaAS single-element photodetectors (800~2400nm) and Si single-element photodetectors (400~1100nm).
