Polarization-Diversity Coherent Receiver Module PDR-2.5G-A
PDR series polarization-diversity receiver modules are designed for polarization-sensitive coherent detection. The local oscillator is coherently mixed separately with two polarization states of the signal, which are received by two high-speed, low-noise balanced detectors. This addresses coherent polarization-state issues and is suitable for distributed fiber sensing.
