InGaAs Balanced Photodetector MBD-800M-A
The high-speed low-noise balanced photodetection module integrates two matched low-noise analog PIN detectors, a low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier and a low-noise power supply. High gain, sensitivity, bandwidth and common-mode rejection, together with low noise, effectively reduce common-mode signal noise and improve the system signal-to-noise ratio. Balanced photodetectors for 800~1700nm and 2000nm.
