XNY-16BA Electron-Beam Scanning Controller
The XNY-16BA electron-gun scan controller, referred to as the scanner, is a newly developed scanning power supply designed for electron guns. It combines analog and digital circuits and has an RS232 or RS485 communication interface for computer connection, making it an indispensable component of automated coating-equipment control. In manual mode it stores beam-spot position and size and allows selection and storage of different waveforms and frequencies. Its intelligent handheld controller connects to the main unit through an I2C serial bus for reliable, safe operation. User-friendly operation enables functions unavailable in the previous generation, and ergonomically designed keys make scanner control easy.
