6.25G SFP+ Optical Module VBS(D)-6G23ERD
Visint SFP + optical transceivers comply with the relevant SFP+ MSA agreements. They support hot swapping and use the industry-standard LC optical interface. The core transmit and receive components use high-reliability lasers and PIN or APD receivers. A low-power design with a single 3.3V supply controls energy consumption effectively. Following the SFP MSA specification, monitoring/alarm interfaces include data loss (LOS), transmitter failure (Tx_Fault) and laser shutdown (Tx_Dis). Diagnostic functions conforming to the SFF-8472 optical transceiver diagnostic monitoring interface provide real-time monitoring of transmitted optical power, received optical power, laser bias current, temperature and supply voltage. IEC 60825-1 Class 1/CDRH Class 1 laser eye safe. The products comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. Available SFP+ optical transceivers have rates of 6.25Gbps, 8.5Gbps and 10Gbps and suit switches, routers and firewalls. They are widely used in telecommunications, data centers, security and military applications.
