Protocol Converter Plug-in Board
This protocol/interface converter provides 1 unframed 2048K E1 interface and 1 Ethernet interface, transmitting 10/100Base-T data over an unframed E1 channel as a high-performance self-learning Ethernet bridge. It extends Ethernet using existing E1 channels from PDH/SDH/microwave networks at low cost. Built-in loop testing simplifies commissioning and maintenance. The product provides 1 E1 interface at 75/120 ohms and 1 Fast Ethernet interface, with -48V or AC220V power options. Functions: transparent 2M E1-to-Ethernet conversion, 10/100 auto-negotiation, VLAN support and desktop construction, with selectable -48V or AC220V supply.
