Optical Path Protection Board (OSS Single Channel)
The OSS optical protection card was developed by Huixinte Communications to secure communications on important fiber routes and equipment. At the transmitting end, an optical channel selector routes the outgoing signal through 1 of 2 channels: the working or standby channel. Real-time monitoring of primary and backup fibers, with simultaneous optical power-meter monitoring, helps prevent both fiber routes from being interrupted at once.
