TSX-5 Five-Axis Translation Stage
The TSX-5 stage has five adjusters with a 0.25mm pitch and provides five-axis adjustment: pitch ±3.5°, yaw ±5°, and linear translation of 3mm along X, Y and Z. Two adjusters jointly control yaw and Y, two jointly control pitch and Z, and one controls X. Adjustment uses the supplied 2mm hand-operated wrench.
