RPM-25.4 Right-Angle Mirror
The right-angle mirror substrate is an isosceles right triangular prism with a 90° angle between two sides. Its outer hypotenuse is the reflecting surface, coated with a broadband dielectric film. Set perpendicular or at 45° to the working plane, it turns light by 90° for beam displacement or beam combining/splitting.
