Solar-Cell Coating Production Line
Equipment description: The TS-CJLW solar-cell coating line is a continuous PVD line designed specifically for solar-cell processes. A version developed for heterojunction HJT processing coats TCO on both sides simultaneously. Single-sided PVD lines are also available for electrode or absorber layers of thin-film solar cells, depositing Al, Ag, Mo, AZO, Cu, In, Ga or alloy films. Features: Magnetron sputtering simultaneously coats both sides of silicon solar cells with TCO or produces electrode/absorber layers for thin-film solar cells. Advantages include high automation, high efficiency, stability, high reliability and good repeatability.
