The SDD-22A high-speed LD driver board provides nanosecond-scale high-speed current pulses for DFB/TO packages and other applications requiring high-speed pulse driving, such as electrically controlled seed sources, high-speed laser pulse generation and lidar. This product uses a TO package. A bonded self-focusing lens ensures efficient coupling of the LD laser into the fiber. The pigtail terminates in a common FC/APC or FC/PC connector, compatible with most fiber adapters, fiber collimating lenses and fiber focusing lenses for convenient integration. Applications include laser ranging, laser sensing and lidar. Advantages include compact construction, high efficiency and long-term reliability. When using this LD laser series, identify the LD + and - pins correctly and strictly avoid excessive current. Short the + and - pins after use to prevent damage from ambient electrostatic discharge.
