Polarization-Diversity Coherent Receiver Module PDOR
The PDOR series polarization-diversity receiver module is designed for polarization-sensitive fiber sensing, offering high integration, small size and convenient use. It separately mixes local-oscillator light with the two signal polarization states. Heterodyne coherent reception using two low-noise, high-bandwidth balanced detectors suppresses polarization fading in distributed fiber sensing, improves SNR and extends sensing distance.
