Dual-Channel APD Photodetector for DTS DTS-APD2
The DTS-APD2 module integrates 2 sets of single-mode/multimode WDMs and APD photodetectors. It is widely used in distributed fiber-optic temperature sensing to detect Stokes and Anti-Stokes signal light separately. A built-in constant-temperature, constant-voltage controller keeps the APD detector chip in a constant operating state, providing low temperature drift and low noise. For weak signals, multistage amplification and noise-suppression techniques provide high-quality output and improve the system signal-to-noise ratio. High-precision driver and logic-control circuitry are built in, and operating parameters can be configured through a serial port and PC software.
