Expandable Multifunctional Beamline System Qingluan (VUV)
QīngLuán (VUV), YuèZhuó (EUV) and HóngHú (SXR/AS) sources couple efficiently and switch flexibly through a unified multifunction beamline platform, forming a complete transmission/control system from VUV to soft-X-ray/absorption-spectroscopy bands. Modular beamlines configure freely for experimental goals, optimizing photon-energy and flux transmission efficiency and control precision. Optional monochromatization, focusing, splitting and diagnostic modules provide stable monochromatic output and spectral/power measurements in 100‒200nm, 10‒100 nm and 1‒10 nm bands. Excellent beam stability and repeatability, with customization for laboratory layout, energy and measurement bandwidth, provide an efficient, precise, scalable vacuum beam-delivery solution for research and industrial testing.
