Near-Infrared Single-Photon Detector
The SPD4V5MIN 1 single-photon detector is a highly integrated near-infrared detector. A highly integrated signal-processing unit and compact design permit installation in a 1U enclosure. As an exceptionally thin near-infrared single-photon detector, the SPD4V5 MINI retains excellent detection performance and meets demanding integration and performance requirements for quantum communication and laser ranging.
