Key Features

1. Slope adjustment feature: This product can be connected to an external slope adjustment potentiometer, so that the slope of the input and output characteristic curves can be freely adjusted, and the same control signal can yield a lower output. 2. Lower point adjustment feature: This product can be connected to an external lower-point adjustment potentiometer, so that the lower point (starting point) of the input and output characteristic curves can be adjusted arbitrarily. When the control signal is zero, the output voltage can be set to any value. 3. Constant voltage feature: Through load voltage feedback, the load voltage can both be adjusted according to the control signal and remain constant. When the grid voltage fluctuates or the load impedance changes, on the premise that the output voltage of the power regulator has sufficient margin, the constant-voltage accuracy is better than ±1%; when using the constant-voltage function, the user must leave sufficient margin between the maximum constant load voltage required by the load and the maximum voltage output by the device, so as to prevent the regulator from entering the nonlinear region when the grid voltage drops and thus failing to maintain a constant voltage. 4. Constant current feature: Through load current feedback, the load current can both be adjusted according to the control signal and remain constant. When the grid voltage fluctuates or the load impedance changes, on the premise that the output voltage of the power regulator has sufficient margin, the constant-current accuracy is better than ±1%; when using the constant-current function, the user must leave sufficient margin between the maximum voltage output by the device corresponding to the maximum load current required by the load, so as to prevent the regulator from entering the nonlinear region when the grid voltage drops and thus failing to maintain a constant current. 5. Current limiting feature: When the output current exceeds 105% of the rated value, the current limiting link acts to limit the output current to around the rated value, with a response time of about 200ms. 6. Overcurrent protection feature: When the output current exceeds 180% of the rated value, after detecting the overcurrent signal, the overcurrent link automatically cuts off the output and gives an alarm within half a cycle time (10ms). 7. Soft start and soft shutoff features: When the power supply is switched on or RQD is connected to GND, the output voltage does not increase abruptly but slowly increases over 0-15s (soft start); when the control signal is disconnected or RQD is disconnected from GND, the output voltage does not suddenly become zero but slowly and linearly decreases to zero (soft shutoff). This function is very important for primary-side control of transformers, control of inductive loads, and on-off control of large-capacity loads. It is very beneficial for protecting the SCR of the device's main circuit against excessive inrush current.
