Glan-Taylor Prism (GTP5706)
A Glan-Taylor prism is a product that produces linearly polarized light from light in other polarization states. It consists of two identical birefringent material prisms separated by air. The Glan-Taylor prism splits an incoming unpolarized beam into two rays: one is a linearly polarized ray transmitted from the other side, and the other is an ordinary ray that undergoes total internal reflection and is absorbed.
