Imported DC Probe (ST-20-1.0)
The ST series probe tips are made of solid tungsten rods with a diameter of 0.002 inches (0.51 mm), and are electrochemically sharpened to a specified point. These robust and durable 1.5-inch long solid tungsten rod probe tips are suitable for most standard micropositioners and can be used to probe integrated circuits, pads, or lines. A variety of radius tip sizes are available, ranging from 0.5 microns to 10 microns, to meet various probing needs.
