CUV-UV-10 Test Tube Holder
The CUV-UV test tube holder can be used with 10-cm optical path length test tubes, and can be coupled via SMA-connector fibers to Ocean Optics high-sensitivity miniature fiber optic spectrometers and light sources, forming a miniaturized spectrophotometer system for absolute absorbance measurements of various aqueous solutions and gases. This compact test tube holder is optimized for UV-VIS-NIR (~200 nm-2 µm) applications. Using the 10-cm test tube holder is simple: connect two collimating lenses to SMA-connector fibers respectively, one fiber—the illumination fiber—coupled to a fiber-output light source, and the other—the read fiber—connected to the spectrometer. In some cases, you can adjust the collimating lenses to precisely position the fibers at the focal point of the lens. "Z" Dimension: The "Z"-direction dimension of all test tubes and test tube holders provided by Ocean Optics is 15 mm. User Tips: The 74-series collimating lenses are very common components for test tube holders and can be unscrewed from the holder and used independently for any device requiring free-beam coupling into a fiber, such as in-line transmission or reflection measurements.

The Stage-RTL-T platform is a new type of sampling system suitable for analyzing materials such as silicon, metals, glass, and plastics. The RTL-T can be combined with Ocean Optics spectrometers and light sources in various ways for reflection and transmission measurements. The Stage-RTL-T Reflection and Transmission Mounting Stage includes an adjustable rail clamp attached to a base. There are three devices screwed onto the rail clamp, including a fiber holder with UV-VIS calibrated lens; a reflection and transmission sample box; and a light trap used to reduce the effects of backscattered light and ambient light. The STAGE-RTL-T Reflection and Transmission Mounting Stage is used very widely: the probe can be placed above or below the sample (when measuring from below, the sample and probe must maintain a fixed distance) to complete reflection measurements; the light trap can be placed in the appropriate position for light reflection measurements; or two fibers can be used for sample transmission measurements.

The single-point reflection measurement holder is a probe holder used for reflection measurements of optical layers and other substrates up to 150 mm thick. This probe holder is suitable for fixing optical probes and other sampling devices up to 6.35 mm in diameter, and can slide up and down on a stainless steel post, with an adjustable height of up to 63.5 mm. The reflection stage is a plated surface with concentric circles engraved on the surface to determine the diameter, used for placing round samples.
