Injection-molded structural parts
Injection-molded structural parts in optics are optical system components manufactured from optical-grade plastic materials through high-precision injection molding processes. Their core function is, on the basis of satisfying "optical adaptability," to achieve support and fixation, light transmission and conduction, adjustment and adaptation, or protection and sealing. Unlike ordinary mechanical injection-molded parts, they place more emphasis on "the synergy between structural precision and optical performance." Injection-molded structural parts include the following types: support and fixation, light transmission function, adjustment and adaptation, protection and sealing, etc.
