Laser direct writing lens
A laser direct writing lens highly focuses a beam of high-energy, high-coherence laser (usually ultraviolet or femtosecond laser) into photoresist or the interior of a material, forming a diffraction-limited three-dimensional voxel with extremely high energy density. By precisely controlling the movement of the laser focus in three-dimensional space, the photoresist undergoes a photochemical reaction (two-photon polymerization) or the material is directly modified/ablated, thereby "directly writing" a preset three-dimensional micro/nano structure.
