Overview

The currently standardized high-power direct-flow electronic load cabinet consists of a 7U electronic load; individual cabinet capacity can be up to 3,000A; 67.5kW. Multiple cabinet owners can be supported with a combined amplification system power of 294 kW. The breaker switch at the bottom of the cabinet controls the breakout of the exchange input; one of the electronic loads will work under the mainframe mode when it is installed; and the simultaneous monitoring of all accesses in the system. The coded emergency shut-off will cut off the communication power for all products in the cabinet to ensure operational safety. Functions and advantages; flipable panels and colour touch screens; direct flow electronic loads (except for some types of machines) of this series programmable to support the front panel flip function; super-large colour touch screens to provide simple and fast client operations; real-time updates of input displays and equipment status; graphics to make the display more visible. Multiple working modalities; direct flow electronic loads of the series with CV/CC/CR/CP basic load fixation mode; test needs can be met on multiple occasions. The speed of CV loop feedback can be adjusted; the programmable direct stream electronic load of the series can set up a slow, slow, medium-speed, fast, and fast five voltage response speeds; to match the various characteristic power sources. The performance avoids loss of measurement accuracy or test failure when the load does not match the response speed of the power source; increases test efficiency; and reduces the cost of equipment, time and costs. Dynamic test models; this series of programmable electronic loads can achieve rapid switching between values under the same function; support dynamic current, dynamic voltage, dynamic resistance and dynamic power patterns; and 50 kHz of dynamic current and dynamic resistance patterns. This function can be used to test the dynamic properties of power, battery protection properties, battery pulse charge, etc. Dynamic load testing functions provide three modes of continuity, pulse and flip. Maximum power tracking function (MPPT); it should primarily be tracked at solar panels ' maximum power points; it can be tracked through maximum power; it can be searched dynamically for solar panels ' maximum power points; and it can be maximized. Battery discharge tests; this series of electronic loads can be discharged using CC, CR or CP models; they can be accurately set and measured by the end of the voltage or discharge time; and they can be ensured that batteries are not damaged by excessive discharge. The discharge cut-off can be set according to actual needs; the load stops when the cut-off is met and stops counting. Battery voltage can also be monitored in real time during testing; parameters such as discharge time and discharge capacity
