Overview

The product introduction, the Jupiter-UL Smart Side Analyser, is an autonomous technology development; design; and production of smart fiber-optic end analysers. The device has automatic focus, automatic analysis, automatic identification; automatic fiber-optic switching, with multiple functions, and a super-clear optical imaging system; and is the preferred device for end-to-end intelligence analysis of fiber-optic connectors. In addition, the equipment automatically generates pictures; data and reports; and follows-up product tracking and management. Super-quick test efficiency. Equipment mixes automatic focus; automatic fiber switching; automatic analysis, etc., multiple functions; completion of MT12 core tests within 5 seconds; completion of MT72 core tests within 1 minute; far exceeding manual judgement speed. Automatically switch fiber-optic systems The equipment uses an automated control system, both horizontally and vertically; it can be tested; and automatically switch both horizontal and vertical fiber-optics. Toggle high accuracy; fast speed; users need only one click; all fiber-optics can be measured. Once each test is completed, the device automatically generates pictures of the end state, data and reports. The results are presented through Excel and BMP documents; easy management and analysis; better control and quality enhancement of the fiber-optic end quality; and product traceability. The autoanalytical function, Jupiter-UL, uses efficient software algorithms and advanced optical systems; is able to automatically identify extremely small dirty spots and scratches on the end of the fiber-optic; and to mark them by colour. Replacement of operator or operator fatigue; will not affect test results. The software contains multiple peer judgement criteria; users can also modify the test criteria by their own needs, whether they are A, B, C regional settings; or the number and size of dirty spots in the regions; the length and width of scratches; they can be adjusted; errors caused by manual judgement are excluded; and the training process for personnel is saved
