Sulphur glass has unique advantages as an infrared lens material. The sulfur glass is processed efficiently; it can be modelled in precision; it is more than 10 times higher than a diamond car cut; and the raw material cost is one third of the single crystal. In temperature adaptation; single crystals are more "cozy"; temperature changes are significant; images are unstable. And sulfur glass can cool 110 degrees above minus 40 degrees Celsius to above zero; the company has mature sulfur-cracked production and processing lines; and it provides sulfur-specific glass hairs in the range of thiram to 200 mm
