Overview

The product description IsoSync-R series is the core model of the IsoSync sub-series under the banner of PermaStruc (Strength) structural protection system; it is designed specifically for the earthquake-resistant isolation scene of the core of upper and super-high buildings. Traditional earthquake resistance designs rely on the building blocks' own ballistic deformations to consume seismic energy — “hard” earthquakes; the cost is that the main structure may cause irreparable damage to the earthquake. The Rocking Association represents an entirely new anti-shock philosophy; allows buildings to shake like a “no-fallon” in a powerful earthquake; uses gravity power and resistance to diffuse seismic energy; and thus minimizes damage to the main structure. The IsoSync-R series is precisely the engineering of this frontier concept. The product is installed at the base of the core of the upper building; internal filling of liquid thick rubber with nitrogen gas; interconnecting multiple seismors through pipelines; and forming a complete hydraulic network system. Normal time (without shock); complete closure of the system valve; building as solid as the conventional anchor base; temporary seismicity; real-time regulation of liquid flow between the seismometers by the system through the scale valve; use of liquid inertia to generate counter-overtrusion rectangles; and redistribution of seismic energy into the entire structure. The series covers a wide payload range of 500 kN (approximately 50 tons) to 12,000 kN (approximately 1; 200 tons); uses international patented sealing techniques; long-term leak-free operations at 150 bar pressure; and is the ultimate option for the protection of super-high-rise, high-intensity, landmark buildings against earthquakes. The product design meets the technical requirements of the National Standard GB/T 20688 Rubber Sub-Strategic Series and the Industry Standard JT/T 1062-2025 General Technical Conditions for Bridge Seismic Detervation Devices
