Overview

The product description IsoSync-D series is the core model of the IsoSync sub-series under the PermaStruc (Strength) structural protection system; it is designed specifically for wind vibrating comfort control scenarios in high- and super-high-rise buildings. As buildings are constantly refreshed, wind vibration has become a central issue affecting the comfort and structural safety of super-high buildings. The top acceleration response of the building as a result of strong winds; directly affecting the comfort and structural fatigue of the inhabitants. Traditional solutions — installation of Tuned Mass Damper; TMD — require hundreds of tons or even thousands of tons of weight; occupy precious areas on top; increase top loads; and have travel restrictions and collision risks. The IsoSync-D series pioneered the transfer of the blocker function from the "top" to the "bottom" (core core core). The product is installed at the base of the core of the upper building; internally fills with thick liquid rubber and nitrogen gas; interconnects multiple barriers through pipelines; and forms a complete hydraulic network. Under day-to-day strong wind conditions; a small opening of the proportional valve in the system; flow of liquid through the throttle valves creating a streaming blocker; conversion of wind vibrating energy to thermal energy consumption. The series shares exactly the same hardware platform as the IsoSync-R series; it distinguishes between control strategies only - – Series D for daily wind shivers; Series R for rare earthquakes. A set of hardware inputs; switch through AI algorithms; dual protection against earthquakes and winds. The series covers a wide payload range of 500 kN (approximately 50 tons) to 12,000 kN (approximately 1; 200 tons); uses international patented sealing techniques; operates with a long-term leak-free operation at 150 bar pressure; and is an ideal option for high-level buildings, marked by typhoon-prone areas
