ZnSe
Stepped windows are optical windows with stepped structures. They are generally made of optical materials such as quartz glass and sapphire, with stepped areas of varying thickness (center step or edge step) processed on the window surface or edges, with thickness differences ranging from a few microns to several millimeters. They enable functions such as optical filtering and beam shaping while improving mechanical strength.
