High-Precision Optical Rhomboid Prism
A rhomboid prism has an octahedral structure composed of parallel rhombic surfaces, usually made of BK7A or fused silica. It can precisely translate the beam without changing the light propagation direction, achieving lateral displacement of the optical axis, and realize functions such as beam splitting and polarization separation through coatings, moving the optical axis in imaging applications without inverting the image.
