Drilled Optical Window
Drilled windows are optical elements with hole structures machined into optical windows, allowing precise control of hole position, diameter, depth and other parameters. The aperture area allows the beam to pass through unobstructed, while the non-aperture area maintains the transmission or reflection characteristics of the window and provides physical space for other elements in the optical path; the hole shape is usually circular, and square and other shapes can also be customized.
