Lens Assembly Centration Instrument
The lens group centration instruments include two models: the LensCT-AF (with air-bearing rotary stage) and the LensCT-DAF (dual-optical-path centration measuring instrument), consisting of a cold light source, photoelectric collimating tube (including CCD), translation rail and its control box, high-precision air-bearing rotary stage, 4-axis adjustable measurement stage, lens groups and test software. Resolution 0.1um, measurement accuracy 0.5μm, measurement range (focal length) ±3~±450mm, measurement aperture <200mm.
