Half ball lens
In order to achieve the highest quality of hemispherical lenses, our optical glass materials are purchased from world-famous brands such as SCHOTT, OHARA, SUMITA and other well-known optical glass material manufacturers. They strictly control the nd and vd values of the glass, which is one of the important reasons our quality can remain at the leading level. The optical ball-hemispherical lenses manufactured by Shengjinling Optics maintain excellent quality for diameters from 0.25mm to 10.0mm. We use various optical glasses with refractive indices from 1.40 to 2.10. Depending on the product application, high-precision surface finish can be achieved, with surface quality currently up to 20/10 Ra1.2nm. In terms of visual appearance, our glass ball lenses can have a scratch-free/pit-free surface finish at 30x magnification.
