Product Function Introduction 1. Controlled by 6 motorized linear axes and 6 manual rotary axes, with special algorithms to quickly find the optimal signal position. 2. Compatible with coupling of quartz glass substrate and silicon chip materials. 3. Process-oriented operation, compatible with coupling of various types of AWG products. 4. Automatic alignment time for a single product <15 seconds. Coupling repeatability <0.1dB. 5. Tests the IL values of four channel center wavelengths and saves them to the database. 6. Has balance optimization function to ensure the uniformity of each product channel. 7. Uses a distance sensor to automatically control the adhesive layer distance (accuracy 2μm), ensuring repeatability and consistency. 8. Simple operation with no dependence on skilled employees. Employees only need CCD-assisted parallelism adjustment, and the training period for new employees does not exceed 1 week.
