The Shanghai Hanyu CoLID series 1550nm high-power short-pulse LiDAR light source is a high-pulse-energy output laser source. Adopting a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) structure design with optimized multi-stage optical amplification, it achieves high peak power, ns-level pulse width laser output, making it an ideal light source for LiDAR, remote sensing and laser ranging.
