CoLID-II Series 1550nm Short-Pulse LiDAR Light Source (Rectangular Form)
The Shanghai Hanyu CoLID-II series 1550nm short-pulse LiDAR light source is a laser source with high peak power and high pulse energy output based on eye-safe wavelengths. Adopting a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) structure design with optimized multi-stage optical amplification, it achieves high peak power, ns-level pulse width and high repetition rate laser output, making it an ideal light source for LiDAR, remote sensing mapping and laser ranging applications.
