InGaAs Detector
The DET01 fiber-coupled, high-speed, high-bandwidth detector designed and produced by Shanghai Hanyu is used in the 800 to 1700 nm spectral range. It uses InGaAs-based detection elements, with picosecond-level response time and bandwidth up to 1GHz. It has very flexible input connectors and can output through FC/PC flanges or FC/APC single-mode or multimode patch cords.
