NIR-PM-CN-X-05 optical phase modulator (1.0um 5GHz)
Shanghai Hanyu's NIR-PM-CN series LiNbO3 optical phase modulators are specially designed for the 1.0um band. The series includes different modulation bandwidths, from low frequencies to 20GHz and even higher. The 5GHz optical phase modulator has low half-wave voltage and insertion loss.
