Anamorphic Lens Anamorphic lenses are the soul optical device in the film industry for creating ultra-wide frames, unique elliptical bokeh and signature streaked flares. Zizaichuanshang Optics provides complete OEM anamorphic lens modules for cinema cameras, professional mirrorless cameras and high-end camcorders, covering compression ratios of 2x, 1.33x, 1.6x and more. Through precise coupling of cylindrical lenses and spherical lens groups, an uncropped cinematic field of view with a 2.39:1 aspect ratio is achieved while preserving the native sensor format, and the imaging circle perfectly covers full-frame and even VistaVision sizes. In design, we have overcome the limits of cylindrical lens fabrication and assembly, using low-stress bonding and active optical centering processes to ensure no breathing effect at the wide end and no astigmatism or distortion at the tele end. Combined with our self-developed multilayer nano anti-reflective and anti-reflection coatings, ghost images are eliminated while the artistic character of classic streaked flares is preserved. The mechanical structure uses an all-metal mount and floating focus module, compatible with follow-focus gears and lens support systems, maintaining zero drift of aperture and focus even under extreme temperature differences and vibration. Whether for big-budget productions or independent creators, our anamorphic widescreen lenses give images an irreplaceable cinematic quality.
