Triangulation Lens
Triangulation lens An imaging lens specially customized for laser triangulation displacement sensors, adopting the Scheimpflug principle optical path design to ensure that the laser spot on the measured surface is clearly imaged on the detector at different height positions. The lens features a large depth of field and high stray light resistance. Combined with linear or area CMOS, it can achieve displacement/thickness detection within a measurement range of ±10mm to ±200mm. We provide a complete lens + line laser generator module, supporting users to integrate and develop sensors by themselves. Widely used in weld seam tracking, plate thickness measurement, vibration monitoring and other industrial sites.
