AR/VR glasses inspection lens The optical performance of AR/VR glasses directly determines user experience, while traditional inspection methods find it difficult to accurately evaluate core indicators such as virtual image distance, field of view, distortion and clarity. Zizaichuanshang Optics has independently developed a full range of AR/VR glasses inspection lenses that can simulate the process of human eyes observing virtual images at different pupil positions and, combined with high-resolution industrial cameras, achieve quantitative evaluation at the module and complete-device levels. Our inspection lenses adopt a double-telecentric optical path structure, featuring an ultra-large entrance pupil diameter (covering a 6mm eyebox range) and special distortion characteristics (F-theta distortion <0.3%), and can precisely capture the modulation transfer function (MTF) curves, astigmatism, field curvature and chromatic aberration distribution of optical modules. The lens mount is compatible with C-mount and F-mount, enabling rapid integration into customers' existing automated inspection lines.
