Z-Axis Positioning Stage
The SWI-DV series high-precision vertical lift stages achieve long-travel, precise vertical motion at the lowest possible profile height. Three different models offer different travel and load capacities, and each model has multiple configurations. Using coreless segmented torque motors with a specified preloaded precision ground ball screw drive, combined with a crossed-roller sliding-friction bearing system, they achieve smooth motion and outstanding high dynamic response; a specially customized electromagnetic brake provides power-off protection. They can be mounted directly on the SWI-SL and SWI-LM series stages and support integration of rotary tables or other process equipment.
