Level and Material Level Transmitter
Liquid level and material level transmitters use diffused silicon pressure sensors, ceramic piezoresistive or ceramic capacitive pressure sensors. They use the piezoresistive effect of the varistor, the Wheatstone bridge principle and the piezoelectric capacitance principle to measure the pressure of the measured liquid at a certain depth. By knowing the specific gravity of the liquid, the liquid level can be accurately measured. The diffused silicon sensor uses a diffused silicon sensitive element, which is filled with silicone oil and protected by a stainless steel diaphragm to achieve a fully hard-sealed structure
