Overview
The InGaAs APD quadrant photodetector chip is a high-performance near-infrared photoelectric position detector with a 0.9μm to 1.7μm spectral response range. It provides high detection sensitivity, high spatial resolution and fast response for alignment detection, precision displacement measurement, vibration detection, angle measurement and guidance applications. The detector uses a TO39 package.
