The BWT micro-channel water-cooled horizontal stack high-power semiconductor laser adopts advanced micro-channel water-cooling technology for superior heat dissipation and stable high-power output. Available in 808nm and 940nm center wavelengths with CW or QCW operation modes, it delivers 60W per bar in CW mode and up to 500W per bar in QCW mode, configurable with 1 to 4 laser bars. Featuring low smile effect, high reliability, narrow spectral width (<5nm) and electro-optical conversion efficiency above 50%, it is widely used as a pump source and in scientific research, medical and material processing applications.
