The Micro-Channel Water-Cooled Vertical Stack High-Power Diode Laser from BWT is a compact, high-brightness semiconductor laser source built by vertically stacking 1~6 laser bars on a micro-channel water-cooled heatsink. It is available in CW (808nm, 100W per bar) and QCW (808nm/940nm, 500W per bar, 200-1000Hz) configurations, featuring low smile effect, high reliability, slope efficiency of ≥6.6W/A and electro-optical conversion efficiency of ≥50%. Optional FAC collimation, SAC and window mirror configurations are offered, and other wavelengths or mechanical structures can be customized upon request. It is ideal for pump sources, scientific research, medical and material processing applications.

The Micro-Channel Water-Cooled Vertical Stack High-Power Diode Laser from BWT is a compact, high-brightness semiconductor laser source built by vertically stacking 1~6 laser bars on a micro-channel water-cooled heatsink.
