Conduction-Cooled Bar Fiber-Coupled Laser MF2-630D-3.0C-40022
The MF2-630D-3.0C-40022 is a conduction-cooled, bar-based fiber-coupled diode laser developed by BWT. It delivers 3.0W continuous-wave output at a center wavelength of 630±3.5nm through a 400μm core, 0.22NA pluggable fiber terminated with an SMA905 connector. The module features a narrow spectral width (<2.0nm FWHM), an electro-optical efficiency greater than 12%, a slope efficiency above 0.7W/A, and an electrically insulated housing for safe system integration. Optional configurations include a 520nm pilot laser (<1mW) with brightness control, photodiode (PD) monitoring, fiber temperature sensor, case temperature sensor, and fiber interlock monitoring. All data are measured at rated power under 20°C conditions. BWT can also customize other wavelengths and mechanical structures according to customer requirements.
