The MF2-980F-40C-40022 is a conduction-cooled, single-bar fiber-coupled diode laser module from BWT. It delivers 40W CW output power at a center wavelength of 980±10nm through a detachable 400μm/0.22NA multimode fiber with an HP-SMA905 connector (free standing fiber tips). With high electro-optical conversion efficiency (>45%), a compact sealed and electrically insulated housing, and rich monitoring options such as red aiming beam, PD monitoring, fiber/housing temperature sensors and fiber interlock monitoring, the module is an ideal high-brightness laser source for medical and scientific research applications.
