K980F11CA-10.00W 980nm 10W Fiber Coupled Diode Laser
The K980F11CA-10.00W is a high-power 980nm fiber-coupled diode laser module that delivers a minimum of 10W continuous output power through a 200μm/0.22NA multimode optical fiber terminated with a standard SMA905 connector. The module integrates a 10KΩ thermistor for temperature monitoring, a monitor photodiode for output power feedback, and a built-in 635nm red aiming beam for easy alignment, all housed in a compact gold-plated package with an 11-pin electrical interface and mounting flanges for efficient heat dissipation. With a typical electro-optical conversion efficiency of 48%, a low threshold current of 0.7A and a slope efficiency of 0.9W/A, this laser provides stable, energy-efficient performance. All parameters are tested at 10W output power and 25℃, and the operating temperature refers to the base plate temperature (15℃~35℃). It is an ideal pump and direct-diode laser source for industrial, medical and scientific applications.
